The Site may include information about our facility, experiences, events, hiring, waitlists, and booking/reservations. The Site (and any booking availability) may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free.
If you submit information to receive updates, you authorize us to contact you (including by email and/or SMS, if you provide a phone number) regarding openings, events, and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
If the Site offers booking/reservation features (including through Roverd or other third-party booking tools), you agree:
You will provide accurate information.
You are responsible for understanding booking details, timing, pricing, cancellation/rescheduling rules (as presented at the time of booking).

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit bookings where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, rule violations, or safety/security concerns.
If you submit an application, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share any files you upload. We may retain application materials for business and legal purposes.

Attempt to interfere with security, access controls, or normal operation of the Site.
Introduce malware, scrape data at scale, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities.
Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to The Racing Zone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics like Google Analytics 4, booking tools like Roverd, social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party sites/services, and your use of them is governed by their terms/policies. Google Help+1
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RACING ZONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES.
IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 (OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER), TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Racing Zone from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
